REFUND POLICY
LIFETIME WARRANTY – BUY WITH CONFIDENCE
We stand behind the quality of every Rovelta travel bag. If your bag ever arrives damaged or develops a defect, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement under our lifetime warranty — no questions asked. Simply email us at support@rovelta.com with your order number and a short video of the issue.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you’re not fully satisfied with your Rovelta bag, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact.

Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@rovelta.com. We’ll do our best to help, but please note that orders are processed quickly, and cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered fulfillment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items.

EU CUSTOMERS – 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If you’re based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
